Oh gosh, I am drawing again! All fired up now that I should write the last schoolworks before holidays... So of course I'm spending my time drawing. It would be too easy to just start the actual projects and get over with them. I need to fill my Stress-O-Meter first and then I can think about finishing them. Procrastination is the key...

Anyway as I said, I'm going to draw Heroes of Might and Magic 5 creatures. Starting with Sylvan Sprites, since they are pretty ladies with no clothes... Uh. Well, who wouldn't want to draw them?

I think Sprites and Pixies have very nice designs. They look very simple but somehow drawing took me way too long. Actually I prefer Pixie's look over Sprites but somehow ended up drawing the upgraded form. And Pixie's have even more details...

Is it too bright? I can't tell anymore since I've been staring the screen way too long to know anything about this anymore. I managed to make it a bit brighter since the scanner did it's wonders again to make the colours lose their brightnes.

Hmmm... Tools of use were green pastels (chalks?) [with which I used to sketch] and coloured pencils. Plus some Stabilo pen to make the finishing touches like line art. I work very backwards I guess. Sketching with the biggest tool, colouring and finishing line art. Though obviously I did the line art first with coloured pencils... after skething and smudging the sketch. (Like anyone would care. xD)

I'm a little conserned about this particular Sprite's legs... but oh well. And the tree parts... vines or whatever they are are really dark in this... In the real picture they are a bit prettier. Hmmph.
