adriaan is a huge diva: he cares a lot about his hair and his clothes, and spends a fair bit of time every day preening himself. protip: a fast and easy way to piss him off is to rumple his appearance. good aesthetics are a must - his home is impeccably colour coordinated and his living space is spotlessly neat and organized. out of order or dirty things drive him insane, and he's known to go into a tunnel-vision frenzy when he's cleaning. he doesn't tolerate carelessness or messiness from others, and he will willingly (and forcefully, whether u like it or not) clean his friends' homes whenever he's visiting.

his voice is not naturally very loud, and it's not often he resorts to yelling, the only exception being when someone a. screws up his clothing/hair/house or b. touches his locket. diction-wise, he has a rather rude mouth, though everything is said in a gentle tone.

true to his goddess, adriaan has a hard time forgetting slights against him, and so can hold grudges for a very, very long time. that being said, he doesn't forget the nice things people do for him either, and is always determined to repay any nice gesture in kind.

power and weapon
preservation [ locket ] - adriaan does not have photographic memory; however, he's able to store about five minute's worth of consecutive memory in his locket. (think of it like taking a recording, he's able to copy down his experience and play it back to anyone.) unlike a video recording, his power can also preserve emotions and sensations, and when replayed, acts as a completely immersive recollection.

- he can only store continuous memory - so only one snippet at a time.
- the memory can be projected to anyone who has physical contact with him when he chooses to replay it.
- while the memory is being played, all parties (himself included) are put in a frozen, trance-like kind of state, and are susceptible to attack. any physical damage taken isn't felt until the memory plays itself out fully. (aka there's no way to wake up before the time is up)
