Just a simple photomanipulation, wanted to try a simple high contrast image using a single colour and black and white ^-^ Hope you like it

I meant to comment on this piece earlier. It slipped my mind while I was multitasking. I think what I enjoyed the most was the contrast of the red umbrella with the rest of the scenery. To me instead of taking away from the black and white scene around it, it enhances them.

Red is always very striking, and your positioning is good. I feel like the model is a bit too displaced on the rest of the image, it definitely feels odd.
Also, the sky is a bit distracting compared to the rest of the image, I think it's too busy and deters you from the focal point of the umbrella.

I love the color splash effect. It's really beautiful, especially with the red providing contrast. Although I think that at this angle, the umbrella could be placed a bit lower.....

This is a very interesting picture. The pieces you chose go together very well and make a very cohesive picture. The red stands out very well against the rest of the picture. The one thing I noticed, though, at the bottom hem of the robe there is a large block that ought to have shadow but does not and I found it mildly distracting.

Thanks and thanks for the fave. They're not really that hard if you know some photoshop. This one is several images so it's basically just cut and paste and playing around with blurring and colouring
