I guess since I've been staring at it for so long and had the image in my head, I just didn't notice the appearance of the roof looked... Funky. As for the shading, that's a good tip I'll keep in mind. c: I never realized that shading should match the background, or so in this drawing. Thanks Zar! I'll keep this in mind when working.
