This is the best picture that I've done in a while .__.Actually, it's the only picture that I've done in a while.
It was meant as a birthday gift to
Izaya Orihara, Shizuo heiwaijima, the background, and google'd "keep out" image all belong to their original owners. I just made fan art.
I like Izaya better in this picture :T Don't care for Shizuo..
