I would guess that a hijab fetish is just as natural as a latex glove fetish (at least for me, since I have neither).
People are different, they have different tastes. My alternative title was "virgin mary". So don't put too much into it, it is a humorous and light hearted title.
That said, personally I find the veil quite the patriarc tool, but that is just me..
