Ah! I go through the same thing. You just have to pull away from him for a while and draw something else. Then you'll start missing to draw him and when you do; it will be the best drawing EVER!

I've been drawing for around 4-5 years and it just kinda happened as I practiced more. Only tutorials I've looked at are occasional anatomy studies
