This took a few attempts before i got one where everyone was clearly off the ground... It was fun making people jump
Diffused flash in front and another behind(bare).

a good way to get people jumping is if your camera has a 'continuous' mode, use that. you don't have to time it as precisely because the camera takes several pictures within the same few seconds.
anyway, I like this picture, especially the shadows

i thought yesterday would have been perfect, heavy could cover with no rain, but i guess that is the problem NO RAIN, so piddly little fall.... yeah will let ya know when i am heading out, wanna go out and try out my provia 400iso film, so wanna get some big crashing waves, maybe somethat crash and bounce up in front of me like a wall but not sure where, any ideas?

yeah only problem going after rain is the road there is rediculous! if ya go besides the lighthouse theres always a big swell, i been meaning to go myself but conditions are never right when i get there so just take pics of the lighthouse instead haha.
