So, this is Megan Gwynn, also known as Pixie. Although she was born a mutant, she's got magic skills as well.

[geek alert!] One thing that has always bothered me is that the new x-men don't have personal costumes. Now why is that? So they look like the new mutants? That was like ages ago, jeez... Anyways, i really think that Pixie should have a costume of her own. But not a yellow and black crap, cause she's not a cab. I would give a her a more real thing, a mix between the new x-force's and the Grant Morrison's. After all, what girl would want to fight crime wearing a bathing suit and long boots? And she's 16, for christ sake! Give her some jeans!
