AA ok so a little bit of backstory,
Kyuuta became friends with Keiji in middle school bc of a minor bullying incident that kyuuta got wound up in, Keiji fished him out, being loving and sneaky and they became very good friends. Keiji doesnt like getting wet but if it would make her shy buddy happy, she would do it. Since hes basically a fish she invited him to the beach <3 the end!!
