Description
After making a new friend in her new school, an academy, dedicated to train future Pride Trooper prospects.
A young scientist named Vaugo asked to perform some experiments on his new powerful friend, Astral.

However after many failed tests, attempting to mix in Astrals half sayian, half god DNA, the results on several animals resulted in the test patients losing their minds, becoming wild mutated monsters of their former selves.

Frustrated, Vaugo tried plan b, to infuse the DNA mix into his Diamond Flux Centre of his new suit, allowing him to attain a whole host of new abilities and powers.

Happy for her new friend in his success, Astral looked forward to continuing their friendship. However the young boy was keen to test these new powers, knowing the many powerful enemies out there, he hopes to leave this academy. And unfortunately the naive Astral, he convinces her to go in search of missions that are above their current level.

Vaugo, a young prospect at the Pride Trooper sponsored school, had recently created a new suit, with thanks to his new friend Astrals powerful DNA.

However this had given the young boy a new sense of confidence, and eagerness, desperate to follow in the footsteps of his Pride Trooper heroes.

He learned recently Kaila had left to go into a dangerous universe, in search of powerful enemies, and Vaugo figured it a good idea to give chase and provide his hero with help.

Even convincing the naive Astral to help, even though it was forbidden, they had split up in the Trooper HQ, looking for the terminal to transport them away.

After ages of sneaking and searching, Vaugo found just what he was looking for.

''Here it is!'' He eyed the teleported with envy.

The teleporter was left alone, no one in the same room as it. It was currently offline, with no recent activity of it being used.

During this time, Soara was just finished with a sparing match with one of her fellow Trooper trainees. She was currently on a roll, being viewed as one of the best recruits in selection and a very powerful addition. Some guessed that she was a Saiyan... even though she was only half-Saiyan, but they didn't mind her addition at all. Now done for the day, Soara was heading to go get changed and leave for home, though the thought of Kaila still being gone floats in her mind. "Man... when is Kaila gonna get back? Is she even alright?" Soara spoke to herself.(edited)

Vaugo clapped his hands together, trying to contain his excitement, though where was Astral?

''Dammit where is she? Psst, Astral?'' He whispered loudly.

Soara continued her way down the hallway, unaware of the actions currently taking place in the teleportation room. But, she did feel a small amout of energy just past her from behind. But when she turned around, nothing was there. However, the energy itself was familiar. "... Astral?"

Activating the device, Vaugo wasn't entirely sure of what he was doing. ''Maybe if I press this one?'' The button then started beeping loudly. ''NO no no shhhhh!'' He pressed another button and it silenced. ''Phew..''

Vaugo was sure he was still in the clear, that was until the door behind him creaked open. "What is going on in here?" Soara asked, following that energy from before to this room and hearing a strange sound from it. She saw Vaugo, who was intruding. "Hey, what are you doing here?"

''Who me?'' His face grew red. ''Uh just maintenance team, fixing this thingy hehe.''

Soara's eyebrow raised in suspicion. "You don't look like you are, and you're young too. You're not even wearing their uniform, I don't even see any equipment with you. Further more..." Soara walked closer. "... why do I feel Astral's energy on you?"

''She's my friend, you know Astral?'' He squinted his eyes slightly, not recognising this blonde girl.

"Of course I do, she saved me once. Now what is a person like you doing here? Get off the premise, now." Soara demanded. "Or else I'll have to force you out myself."

''Alright, I'll come clean. My intention is to borrow this device, travel into the world of Rock to join Kaila my favourite Pride Trooper, help her on her mission to face strong enemies and be known as a hero, sound good?''

"Yes, but there is no way you're going there. There are people that are way out of your league, even mine as of right now. You'll get killed, but at least Kaila can handle herself."

''Well I thought so too, until I designed this new suit! Makes me far stronger than anyone back at the Trooper academy. And Kaila alone is a bad idea, she'll need help! I watched savekay, even strong fighters get trapped if there's loads of enemies.

"I was apart of it too, and I lost and got controlled. There is no way I am gonna allow you to go there, so you're coming with me." Soaa walked close to Vaugo, going to grab his arm.

''Oop bad call.'' He diamond shaped crest in his suit shot out an electrical current into Soara.

"GRR!" Soara blocked with her wrists, simply shaking it off. "Come on, don't do this kid."

''Then get lost!'' He pulled up his red scarf to cover his face.

Sighed, the new Pride Trooper didn't want to engage, but this kid wouldn't listen. "Well, I'm sorry for what's about to happen." Soara vanished, going really fast. She reappeared to chop Vaugo at the back of his neck, in an effort to render him unconscious.

''Nani?!'' He didn't react in time...but his suit did. Registering a foe within a close range, it detonated a pulse wave, sending Soara into a wall.

From his hip belt he deployed a new string developed in his lab, shooting at Soara, the string wrapped itself around her tightly. ''That should hold you.''

"Ngh?!" Soara was wrapped, now struggling with her own strength to break free. "Don't you dare do this, you'll get yourself killed! There is one bad guy in there that not even we can defeat, AND HE'S HUNTING US AND KAILA! YOU'LL BE KILLED!"

''Well I'm feeling lucky.'' He pointed his thumb towards his face. ''Catch ya later.'' He fired up the device, making him vanish.

After several minutes Astral appeared. ''Soara, what happened to you?''

"Some friend of yours made a b-line to the teleporter, he got me wrapped in this special string which dampened my power. Now Astral, please get me out of this before he gets himself killed!" Soara exclaimed.

''He's already gone!? Wait for me!'' She ran over the machine and began punching buttons.

"FREE ME FIRST ASTRAL! DON'T BE A FOOL AND GO AFTER HIM ON YOUR OWN!"

''Sorry Soara, but you need to stay here or you'll get in trouble.'' Astral punched the big red one and now she had vanished too.

"W-WHAT?! ASTRAL, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Soara yelled in anger, she needs to find a way to get out of this string, or else both she and that other kid will be in danger. She looked around the room for anything she can use, and she saw sharp objects... but no way to use them or to get them to fall just right to cut herself free. However, there was a communicator in the corner on a table, perhaps she can use that to contact the others. Carefully hopping towards it, Soara made it there but accidentally lost balance and fell, with the actual fall being just enough for the communicator to fall from the table itself. Leaning her head in a certain position, and using her nose to push a small button, she laid besides it and started to message any who can here. "Hello? This is Soara, we had a breach in the teleportation room. I am currently restrained in some kind of string and can't free myself, so I request immediate assistance in order to peruse the two kids that went through it."

At the other end of the walkie talkie was the security officer on patrol of that hallway. However unfortunately for Soara, he was sound asleep and didn't hear it. Allowing Astral and Vaugo to get a headstart on anyone foolish enough to follow them.
