This is my aunt and uncles house earlier this autumn. It's basically my dream house, but until then I may as well take pictures of it right? This house is well over 100 years old, and has quite a history. Before my aunt and uncle lived there, and way before anyone they know lived there, the old house was a motel of sorts. For people traveling by horse and buggy to stop by and rest their horses and themselves. One night a terrible fire started on the top floor, burning it beyond repair. Seven deaths were reported, including an eight year old boy, and a heavily pregnant 16 year old. The rest of the building was saved but for many years the house remained with a flat roof, serving as a memory of what had happened. As you can see the roof is no longer flat. My aunt and uncle completed it to make the house look more complete, but did not add another floor. So I always thought that was interesting and if I capture any ghost pictures I will defineately upload those as well.!!!
