For full context, this scene is from my version of the House of Mouse episode "Jiminy Cricket" (in which Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket break up after Pinocchio starts hanging with Pain and Panic), only with Shawn and Raj from "Craig of the Creek" as Pinocchio and Jiminy, Billy and Mandy as Pain and Panic and, of course, Edd as Mickey.
Also, the reason why Raj is called "Raj 2" is because since this is a club for Cartoon Network, Warner Bros Television and Hanna-Barbera characters, that means that Raj from "Camp Lazlo" is in the same place as Raj from "Craig of the Creek".
Also, Mung is not giving Raj a wedgie. It's the fact that Raj is too short to talk to Mung.
