This caught my eye when you posted it so I just kept it aside for a while. I love the aesthetic of this character, It screams 90's skater, most specifically with the strong colours. Idk if you've designed the hoverboard or he had it originally, but works well with him. But you know what? If he'd had just been standing this wouldn't have been nearly as appealing to me. The fact that he's yawning and stretching out lazily -or rambling- adds a lot of character and mood. Dunno what it is about it exactly, I just like it.
Also, don't tend to see many dog fan characters.
