based on the French show Kaeloo, Which seems to surround the psychological issues of characters in 'smileyland' Mr Cat has always been a favourite of mine, he's too over the top sadistic, psychotic and the most mature of the show, had to try and draw him even though the style is CGI lmaothis show goes way beyond what is considered 'childish'
