on the CN server i basicly neglected anything thats not top tier..
going in to EN server i went with guns that i like character wise and trying to ignore stats

I discovered the good thing about the game is you can have low tier TDs and as long as you level and train them properly they're as good in many ways. It accommodates lots of play styles

some special team comps you NEED lower tiers
and Tier means the sheer number of stats they have, Does not mean they are applied properly or works with their skill set. 
and on the second year of the game lower tier guns get a upgrade
