This is very lovely. I like the empty black background in contrast with her colourfulness. There is a lot of very good detail here too, the eyes and hair are especially realistic, though if you want the eyes to be even more realistic you could practice a "glassy" effect. Yours are just BARELY too matte (just in my opinion I'd totally understand if you or someone else disagrees). I myself tend to not be very good at that but I hear it as a common critique for eyes. They way I've been trying to improve in that aspect is to always remember that eyes are always moist thus I need to make them very reflective while maintaining that orb shape.
Anyways sorry for the ramble on eyes, I think this is a superb work with excellent shading and very good hair fluffiness that looks very natural ^w^
