Description
Cyaneus, one of my characters from Divinitas [link]He's the High General of Ten (Heaven), and younger brother of Deus, the God of Ten. XD Cyaneus has a thing for Draco, but Draco doesn't seem to care at this stage. >_> I'm not sure how things will work out in the story yet. ~_~
Artwork was sketcked and partically inked on A3 bleed proof paper. Scanned, CGed in PhotoShop CS and Painter 8. I didn't outline the hair, so that was done all in Painter 8, with the highlights/shadows done in PhotoShop CS with burn/dodge tool.

Artwork done for 'cause she requested it and bribed me with lots of NPs and stuff.
EDIT: Reworked the illustration a bit for Print. Different font for the text + border. Rar. XD

I really like this one of Cyaneus. Good deep dark blues. I still wonder how far down those markings go...
You probably don't want a critique, but I honestly think it might've looked better with the hair outlined. It still looks fine, it's just that without the outline it seems kind of see-through, kind of like gauze. Doesn't quire mesh with the darker outlining on the face and uniform.

Hmmm, no. This is an old artwork. I just edited it a bit because I was updating the print version of it on DevArt. Haven't started the illustrations for the 2008 calendar yet. XD

Simply amazing. You really outdid yourself with this one. Of course, now you have to do something to top this... You must have spent a lifetime on the detailing for this - each little blue jem, the hair, and even the wings. Again, great job on the detailing, and beautiful job on the coloring.

AMAZING details. You are the queen of details, my dear. You put so much into them, it surpasses much of what I've seen elsewhere. Of course, his tattoos stand out as very exotic and even a bit tribal. His costume is... just to die for. The colour scheme alone -- I adore that deep, dark blue.
His hair is an amazing blue. I love how you've done the highlights, it looks really silky and soft. The sword also is of fabulous make -- the hand holding it is superbly well-drawn.
His composition in general -- the placement of objects is one of your strong points. You seem to know exactly where to draw the eye.
