how much ARE Tria markers?
Depends where you're at. 3.50 to four dollars apiece. I like Copic Markers just as much though, but for different reasons. Both are really good.
Prismacolors are okay, and you can do a lot of the same things, but they bleed and suck more

are Trias around the same as Copics? in sets? or are they less expensive?

Well, I get the copic sketch markers so they have a brush tip, but no real fine point. So it's great for hair but sucks for coloring in small stuff.
Copics I believe are a little more expensive, but now that they're becoming mroe common in the USofA they are getting slightly cheaper. Usually they are over $4.00 a marker and you don't get any kinda of a discount for buying in sets :/ Super expensive, but really kinda worth it IMHO.
