Protovee? Eeveegen? Proteevee? This is what happens when an Eevee is given a Thunderstone that a Porygon first held!

I've been wanting to draw a protogen for a while now but haven't been able to crack the appearance. So, like all things in life, I added Eevee to make it more accessible~

This was released nine days early on my Patreon, and I've also added some emotes for Discord and elsewhere!
