This quarantine and time of uncertainty has completely zapped my creative motivation. It’s been an ongoing grieving process for both my loss of work and the devastation in daily news stories. But I’ve decided I might as well use this time to experiment and practice. I’m not where I want to be artistically and only practice can help me get there. What better time than this to hone new skills and distract myself productively. My goal is to do 2 pieces a week, stay tuned!

This piece honestly had no plan (which is terrifying for me), but I ended up really loving the story it created. I have an idea what it may be, but I’d love to hear title ideas! Your suggestions have been so enlightening and really get me to think about my own work from many perspectives. 🙏
