This reminds me of the night appearance of Spirit of the Forest from "Princess Mononoke". Was it one of your inspirations?

To my absolute shame, I've never seen Princess Mononoke- so this wasn't a direct inspiration. But I love Ghibli in general so Miyazaki's influence creeps into my art often

Nice fatastical work with those stripes that flow off into the pool and the light that shines from the pool makes it even more beautiful. I really like this stile of coloration.
