Creepy portrait!I wanted to do some New Teen Titans fanart of Raven right before she fully demoned out. I thought it was neat how in the comics her transformation was like this really slow, subtle change that you don’t really notice until the other characters bring it up, and then you’re like, ‘oh wow she is losing her hair dang’ and ‘yeah she is way skinnier than she was 10 like issues ago.’ It gets to the point where she can’t even show her face any more because of how afraid of showing her altered appearance she is.
Like why am I reading this its so sad.

This actually is a pretty good interpretation! Raven did started wearing her hood full-time a few weeks before Trigon took her. During those few weeks... it makes full sense that Raven would have continued transitioning.

Indeed! I only wish that more of the younger Teen Titans fans, who have been introduced to the fandom through the cartoon, would read the Wolfman/Perez comic books. Maybe you could help spread the word!

I wish more people could read it too but they are pretty hard to track down. If only DC would reprint the Archives books or at least do a second printing of the omnibus...maybe it would be more popular.
