Skills/Abilities-He is a skilled fighter, often leaning towards speed over strength, defense over offense. He would prefer not to fight, though. Due to his blindness, he has a more accute sense of touch and hearing.

Powers: A power as well as his curse, he is constantly absorbing energy from the light, which gives him hightened speed and agility, unlike what his species prefer in strength. He can also take what light is around him and concentrate it into barriers. There is a certain backfire: If he absorbs too much energy, he will overload, which will result in a massive explosion by an outburst of concentrated light.

Weapons: Basic Echidna Gauntlets

Personality: Although very well-mannered and formal, he does carry the fighting
spark of any echidna. Due to his past, and of the rumors spread about him, he
tends to be cautious about those around him. He carries a deep fear of his own
powers.

History: Ever since birth, Luminous felt the brunt of descrimination about him, having become an anomoly due to his fur color. It wasn't until he was 5 when he found out that it was what connected him to his powers, an ability he would soon find to be a curse as well as a blessing. It was that year that labeled him a true outcast, for his powers reached overload and nearly destroyed the entire village he lived in, as well as his sense of sight, rendering him blind. He was convicted wrongfully for treason, and was sentenced to banashment from Angel's Island. He was given leneance for his age, and they didn't force him off until the age of 10, where he was simply tossed off the island without any hesitation.

Since his banishment, he honed upon his powers and other senses, learning how to control them better as he worked towards control in hopes of returning to his family. Still, he is afraid of losing control of his abilities, having gone into overload at least 5 times over the 7 years he has traveled....Harboring a deep fear of his powers and what may happen, he now travels under the cloak of his coat, traveling only into the city when in need of food or help, but remaining outdoors, away from civilization, in fear that he end up destroying it.
