Description
An enforcer is neither knight, nor champion, nor warrior of any kind. They are peacekeepers, civilians trained with standard sword skills and bestowed with the authority of the law shown as a winged shield embedded in the spaulder piece marked with the insignia of their allegiance Most peacekeepers never needed to draw their swords because their command is always second priority to the royalties. This means they can command even the nobility's knights to fight for them.

Enforcers are given cover garments called bannered capes to flag their role as armored combatants.
