Kim was super happy to get this one. This dog is so funny - when he angles his head down at all the skin (which is loose I guess) wrinkles all around his nose and eyes even more than they do in this painting. It's amazing lol and it looks like his skin just doesn't quite fit him

I have a set of photoshop fur brushes I got from somewhere here on dA. They are for photoshop seven but I'm sure people have fancier brushes now-a-days. There is a tutorial I uploaded "Paint like me" that has more information.

yay okay! ill check it out. Seems like EVERYONE who i like their art has photoshop and they use photoshop brushes but i have GIMP and no one makes good GIMP brushes they do for photoshop.. GRR.

If I had any idea how to make brushes, I'd help you out! I started out using gimp years ago but I haven't toyed with the program in at least 10 years so I bet a lot has changed/gotten better!

I do dog paintings for $50 each, standard. That said, I do requests but they will be much smaller (see the latest request image in my gallery) so they won't really be printable but you can use them for online things
