Unfortunately we just don't see them here In Wisconsin during the winter unles their in a very protected area. Β Too much cold, wind, and snow.

I had a spider web next to my window during the winter and I loved to look at it every morning and see it frozen. And it looked like the one you caught in the photo at the beginning of March.

This particular web was picking up moisture due to a week of heavy fog.
You can even see another web, (out of focus), in the upper left corner of the image.
