BonjourI drew this for my partner and roommate, ~Hayahachi . Hachi loves Chibitalia and Nekotalia.
As for the name, Kaiser... well, "Itabby"'s real name is Gino. The Japan Cat is Tama. But the Germany Cat, which the fandom calls Germouser, does not have an official name.
Hachi thinks his name should be Kaiser. Kaiser and Gino. So, I have started calling him Kaiser as well.
I may do another one with HRE and Gino.
Italia Veneziano/Feliciano Vargas/Chibitalia, Doitsu-Neko/Germouser/"Kaiser", as well as Hetalia and all associated characters belong to Hidekaz Himaruya.
The actual countries, however, do not belong to Hidekaz Himaruya or myself and I do not think either of us intend to imply such a thing.

Hmm... I had not made that connection. I can see how someone might come to that name for the cat. However, him being much larger and particularly fatter than most of the other cats makes me feel that he is not fit to be named after the very fit Uncle Sam.

Kaiser is a cool name!! Much better than Germouser. It's like slamming Germany and Mouser together and is Mouser even a real cat's name!? Anyways, I just love the two as well and love the picture!!
