Made this for my friend for Valentines Day since he likes Tali and we are both Mass Effect nerds. C:Done with shrinky dinks and colored with prisma colored pencils.

I have been thinking about it, since there are a number of people who would love to purchase one, but my answer still is no. Between college and life, I am way too busy to open up commissions for these, perhaps sometime in the future, but I am not completely sure.

Dude. Someone sold a horse sized plushie of rainbow dash for 3,000 dollars. They were not sued. because your making it it is your art. its just based off of the character. Its your art because you did it. and as long as your not selling them off as official merchandise it is legal. Fan art is just that. Fan art. If you really want to know. If the companies were this bad about copyrights they would have sued you just for drawing it out.
Which they can't. So long as you don't MASS produce them it won' EFFECT you the way you think it will. Just so long as you go by the RULES. Make one Tali. make another character from another show/game/whatever and continue doing other characters until you recirculate back around. Your effectively making jewelery so its not even something that mass bio-ware has really looked into.
I mean how many times have you seen a picture someone painted of pikachu being sold for high dollar? As long as you tweek the image into your own art style it is completely your art. It's pretty much just free advertising for the companies and they wouldn't even bother sueing you for a couple of bucks. Just so long as you don't make 1000 of them and sell them for 50 dollars each youll be fine.

I want one!!!! Even more since getting to play the ME3 demo and multiplayer last night.....knowing I can play as Tali on co-op missions is awesome! Only so I can actually say to my friends, "I spent hours playing with Tali last night"..........

Yup, I always play as soldier Shepard.
That multiplayer is so much fun! I just recently unlocked a Krogen and have been enjoying ramming Cerberus operatives and sending them flying off somewhere. C:

I used to soldier it up...but since the multiplayer, I've discovered the joys of Infiltrator and love sneaking up on people! That or shoot them in the face from a distance
