Yepp, but ain't no Kotar spam happenin' theys days! He was to one who stud the closest to me, and I didn't even got an extra bloody and gory death scene of him!

Kotar's death was supposed to be tragic instead of "BLOODEH, BLOODEEHJMABANN, EVRIIWEREHH" He had broken ribs and few other organs plus those deep holes in his neck made by Shi Chu were infected. Not nice, huh? It was pretty painful. He was bleeding inside and outside.
