This is an Update of #COP27, #ClimateCrisis

Because, it doesn’t seem like anything’s changed;

If anything, it’s gotten worse.

My Dad, Don, who recently passed away, always said,

The problem with the Environmental Movement is that the people who can do something;

Have no interest in doing anything;

Because their motivation is short term profit; not long-term benefit;

Or, even survival.

[And, he would know. He spent everything he was supposed to be holding in trust, for my Disability, on himself.]

And, so, here we are…

My Dad often said, “Well, what can you do?” [Meaning, Nothing.]

And, my Mum, Mary Lou, would always counter with,

“Well, let’s do what we can, today.” [That’s, at least, something.]
