We're making a throwback not too far away from when Rose met Jake. Rose just turned 13 and she started her puberty. Yeah, this story is about the beginning of the adolescence and rivality. A cute girl named Rose Whitney just turned 13 which means this is her first year as a teenager.Her style was a little bit different from now, different outfit, pink glasses and of course braces on her teeth. And as any adolescent she had acne on her face. Rose is a pretty girl, she is also a pretty good student. Why won't you love her? But she has a problem with a latina girl named Estrella. Estrella is Rose's classmate but her bully too. She makes fun always about Rose's look and she wants to find so many ways to torture her. Estrella always thinks about herself that she is superior to Rose, being rich, beautiful and popular. And Rose's nickname was ugly betty because of the fact that she has glasses and braces according to Estrella. Estrella sees her as a dumb blonde. Estrella's home is in Barcelona and she is from a pretty rich family and her mom spoiled her too much. And she makes fun of Rose because she is "poor" because she is an orphan. Rose was not orphan, just kidnapped by the huntsman as a baby but he just lied her. Rose still thought that she is an orphan at 13, when Estrella makes jokes about Rose's family she is suffering a lot because she feels very bad to be an orphan kid. Other thing unexpected happened at the school, Rose got her first period. Before that her stomach was hurting and she thought the food wasn't good. But Estrella when she saw the blood on Rose's pants she started to laugh and make fun of her. Rose was totally confused why she was laughing she didn't even know what a period is. At first, Rose freaked out but Courtney, her best friend had her first period earlier than Rose and she told her that is a normal thing and any female has it. The good thing is that she had period at the same time as Rose and gave Rose her pads. Such a good friend like Courtney you don't find always. She also defended Rose and she fights with Estrella. Courtney reminded her that in the 1th grade she vomited on her dress and then no kid wanted to talk to her. And Courtney told her the periods are a normal thing and there's no reason to laugh to a girl who got her first period unexpected and she was not ready for that. It's like she didn't get a period, or even if she didn't there's no reason. And other reason Estrella was laughing is that Rose in the same day had acne on her whole face. Estrella said that is intoxication for making fun of her. Being teenager is hard, some teenagers have more pimples than others but there is nothing to laugh. Pimples don't make a girl ugly, Rose is a beautiful girl, the pimples won't hide her beauty. And as any teenager or even pre-teen or young adult she has braces. Braces have their role to make the teeth straight. The braces make her cute, and she has a beautiful smile. When she will get her braces off, her teeth will be perfect and anyone may be jealous on them. But Estrella dosen't think the same thing, she never had braces and she considered that her teeth are perfect without braces but that's not a reason to laugh of a person with braces. Braces are fun, even though they must be painful but they are. A girl can be beautiful with braces and no braces. That's just a stupid reason for Estrella to make fun of Rose. Rose being a studious girl and she loves to read books for Estrella is gross. She goes to the school only for being popular but not for studying, she thinks she dosen't need to school to be cool. And she called often Rose a nerd because she has glasses and braces again. Rose wore glasses before because she wanted to see better and braces because she wants to correct her teeth for a reason. Estrella only wants to look "better" than Rose. She is a real spoiled and a real bully until Dolores the school principal decided to expell her from the school Millard Fillmore and then she moved out with her family home in Barcelona, Estrella considered that's an inferior school to her. Rose was happier that Estrella is not in her school and then things turn to good. A long time after that she met Jake Long. This is Rose's past before she met Jake and this fanfiction story is based a little bit on my bullying story.Teenage kids have struggle with bullies at middle school/high school, puberty but they only need support by adults and children their age. I did this in an educational purposes for other teenagers, I'm 19 which means this is my last year as a teenager this year I'm turning 20. This story is involving mostly children between 12-18 (18 too because I was still in high school at that age) once they began their puberty and during the adolescence. American Dragon Jake Long dosen't belong to be it belongs to Jeff Goode and Disney Channel/toon disney. None of these characters excepting Estrella belong to me.
