Well, this is based on a story that was written before the second Rio movie came out, so not much was known about the chicks then. However, they do have very similar personalities .

They were going to look like that in Rio 2 but they change them and it was going to be 2 boys and one girl but it was one boy and 2 girls

I know . What I'm saying is, this was made before Rio 2 came out so we didn't know what the official chicks would be like. So while there are definitely similarities, this actually isn't Tiago.
