I had no idea what to title this sorry ;0;EDIT: Made the neck thinner.
YEEEE??? A NEW OC! I was thinking of maybe calling him chemical? Or painkiller? or any other good name suggestions?
Basically he's a deformed Rainwing who isn't 100% mentally stable. He's really wiry and he has a ruff that's much larger than usual. It starts from his jaw to a little bit after his horns. His fangs are much longer than a normal Rainwing's as well.
He originally started out as an adopt when I tried to make deformed adopts but gave up on the idea halfway, and a drawing of him was saved as a sketch and over time I began to think of a design for him and ended up keeping him as an OC XD
He CAN change colors, and does it very quickly. He's usually either very dark shades or very desaturated colors. His eyes are usually some kind of bright, eye-burning yellow or green.
As for venom, he can spit it, but it's different from a normal Rainwing's. It's more clear instead of completely black, and it irritates for a long time before it begins to slowly eat away at whatever it lands on. It can only affect living things (like normal Rainwing venom).
He can become invisible, but probably wouldn't be able to stay so for a very long time because he shifts his colors so much.
This drawing is actually not that new? The sketch and half of the lineart was laying around on my computer for some time because I didn't have any motivation to finish it and then a few days ago I finished it and wanted to post it but didn't have a good name. I just gave up and settled on this XD
