Description that one OC who was lazily added into my AU

Wesley's a brown Jinty who is known to be a rather fun, free-spirited, and jokester type of engine. His personality is a welcome change for the mainline and the Norramby line. Wesley is also proud of his strong Scottish accent and isn't afraid of saying so either. Though he is also cheeky, he is a hard worker and will always get his jobs done.

History

Wesley was built and put into service in 1931 after being built at Horwich Works. His main jobs were shunting and taking small trains around the Midland region. He took pride in his work but was most proud of his Scottish accent. He sometimes used his strong accent to confuse other engines and annoy them for the fun of it. He also worked alongside his twin, Jackson. The two twins' accents were very strong and grand indeed, which made them the perfect pair.
He was later allocated to Crewe South to work there and a year later, was renumbered to 47670 after the war was over. He was split up from his twin brother and was soon deeply depressed about this. He found working more difficult and he struggled even making steam sometimes. British Railways wouldn't accept this behavior, and Welsey was withdrawn from service in 1960 and taken away for scrap. However, not wanting that to happen to their engine, the crew took Wesley and ran away from Control. They managed to hide him in a siding and left him there where he sat for a very long time.
He was found by one of the Fat Controller's diesels, Wendell. Welsey told him of his backstory and how he'd ran away to be saved from scrap. Wendell decided to bring Wesley to the works and hide him there for as long as he could. STH eventually found out about it and ordered Welsey to be cleaned and repaired. He rolled out of C.G Works later that year and was sent to work on the LW for a little while. He made good friends with the engines there, but he was soon allocated to work on the Norramby Branch Line with Arthur. Arthur was happy seeing another LMS engine and the two made firm friends with each other. Welsey now handles the fish traffic along with Arthur and often takes passenger trains too.

Basis

Wesley's based off of the LMS Fowler 3F built in 1924. A total of 422 were built and worked for the LMS and BR. All were withdrawn between 1945 and 1967. Nine engines have been preserved, plus Jackson.
