I'm surprised at how many people don't get what the picture is of. It's of a girl who committed suicide, right? Slit her arm/wrist, put it in the toilet, and flushed it, yeah? I know it's a real thing that people do. Flushing the toilet causes the suction of the water to pull the blood out of you faster.
