Playin around with my skin shader again.
Had a dumbass-aha moment, with the "top coat thin coat" - I had it set too low and it was imparting a weird hue to the skin. It's at 100000 here, I guess that's nanometers thickness?
Who knows. With the specular map plugged in and the slider at 0.33, custom curve, IOR at 1.33 for some reason it looked nice.

Of course then I twisted it some more in photoshop, always playing with camera raw. Fun!
