This is beautiful! Her hair and face are gorgeous, and the fabrics look fantastic.
The only thing that could be improved is the transition from her horn to her head, that could be blended a bit for a great affect. Also, unless you wanted her to be very thin, you could give her butt, forearms, and palms a little more flesh.
Overall this picture is fantastic and I like it very much!
