sigue los pasos como te los digo y empezamos:
Primero abres tu explorador de Windows y pegas este link:
C:\ProgramData\Skype\Apps\login\images
despues ya que estas dentro, creas una NUEVA CARPETA y dentro colocas las imagenes que veas que estan en azul
una vez que ya estan las imagenes dentro de la carpeta copias MIS IMAGENES (que descargaste)en donde ESTABAN las imagenes originales del SKYPE y listo
