Mother`s Little Girl:
"See, you look very cute sweetie, now let`s get in the car before it gets too late, we need to make sure we get back before your bedtime." Olivia Obediently followed her mother to the car, she was about to get in the front seat, but her mother stopped her, claiming only big girls rode up front and that Olivia was still too small. Embarrassed, Olivia made her way to the back seat and buckled her seatbelt. The car ride was accompanied by girly pop music, something which would have annoyed Olivia as a guy but for some reason, she quite enjoyed the music. They pulled up to the ice cream stand and exited the car, Olivia mother put out her hand for Oliva to take, which she reluctantly did.
"Hello, I`ll have a vanilla cone and my daughter will have a strawberry cone." Without and consideration for what Olivia might want, her mother placed the order and of course got her the most girlish flavor.
"Here`s your cone sweetie, I must say, you look adorable darling, what's your name?" Asked the female worker.
"Oh, um... my name is... O-Olivia." A part of Olivia's masculinity and pride died as she said this.
Up until now Olivia had never openly stated her new name and after saying she felt ashamed, as if she had finally fell into place. The two conversed with the worker for a few moments who complimented Olivia`s outfit and other things alike. Eventually, the girls went to sit at a near picnic table and watched the sun set.
"Well, wasn`t she a nice lady, I`m glad see liked your outfit, what do you think Olivia and how's your ice-cream?"
"She was a nice lady, mother... And the ice-cream is... tasty" Olivia didn`t want to admit that her pink, strawberry ice-cream was actually good.
"Awe... aren`t you sweet. Well, finish your strawberry ice-cream, we need to get back to the house before your bedtime." It had been years since Olivia had a bedtime and even when she did as a guy she never actually listened to it. But this time Olivia`s mother was sure her obedient, little girl would listen to the rules. The two finished their ice-cream, said their goodbyes to the worker, and once again Olivia took her mother`s hand to the car, then they drove home.
