This is how Dark Rose look like in her actually Alien form.

Dark Rose is a created Alien species by the Time Lords
(yes I know DW) they created these species called "Unda",There purpose is understand the universe in all parallels universe that exist. Each Unda has been sent to different galaxy and Dimension.
Aka Dark Rose
project 13 was later released in Planet Mercury to start her journey on her own and understand and discover more about this universe and Galaxy. she was sent to "Milky Way" Galaxy on planet Mercury.
The information can be send back to the Time Lords, due to some technical difficulties Dark Rose goes on her own and do what "it" wants.

Dark Rose has both gender in order to survive and continue.
Each Unda has there own powers and abilitys
Each have a terrible consequences due to there ability.

Some Unda have been killed during there process to understand there surrounding.
Dark Rose has the ability to control space matter and all of space but she limited to what she can do.
she can't use it too much or she start getting more dark matter marks on her fur which you can see on the picture. If her body get to complete black then her system will collapse and die off and start all over again as a seedling.
She used to be all white.
