It's so clean... I'm not sure how to put this, but you drew your character so well, it seems that the scenery (in this case, the lights themselves) accomodates her fully. From the precise line art to the integration of the light and the folds of the clothing, I must admit, you had me fooled that you were some sort of full time manga artist... Actually, you still do. Do you draw for a living? Regardless, I'm going to favorite this picture. I'd like to learn from it.

Really good job at the shading on her arms. Have you ever tried using any other textures aside from crosthatching? You may want to look at her kneck a bit closer next time. It looks a little wierd. All in all a great picture. Keep it up.
