Description Another race....now it's the amazing Hot Wheels '69 Charger in my favourite colour variation against the awsome Matchbox Pontiac Firebird in bleu metallic (also my favourite colour variation) in a desertrace. Both are eating dust and will not be in mint condition anymore at the finish. Who will win this time? In the previous race everyone voted for the Hot Wheels...
For the rendering the '69 Charger has won big time, the plain black was much easier to paint then the bleu mettalic Firebird

It's a drawing and painted in photoshop, used the 2 toycars as a reference for color, details and lightning

Thanks ! And i never use photographic elements in my work, everything has to be painted, even a small logo or so will be painted in PS

Yes, 100% Photoshop. Took a photograph of the 2 toycars to define the outlines of the cars and windows (saved alot of time), removed the photo and started to paint, mainly freehand on Wacom
