Made this for GB's ghost art contest. It's Jerome and Kaibutsu's spirits meeting each other at the river where Jerome dies. It's set during the spring so that's why I didn't put snow. I used no reference cause Flann said images without references get better scores so I'm sorry if not all the markings are correct. The reason they aren't colored is cause they are see-through and you can see their spirits sparkling with golden light. That blue light in the background floating above/on the river is the portal to the afterlife(heaven, nirvana, reincarnation into a new animal or person,etc., whatever people believe as the afterlife) I intentionally used a blur effect on Jerome and Kaibutsu because ghosts are often seen as blurry and difficult to make out by people who claim to have seen them. ^^
