Description I got a fountain pen a few months ago :> And I used it to outline this sketch in my sketchbook from even more months ago! The graphite sketch was referenced from this wonderful photo: But I didn't have it on hand when lining so things strayed a bit. Fountain pens are so nice wow. this was really fun : D I need to use it more!
I have some stuff I'm looking forward to posting soon, just got to finish it all up first :U

This looks awesome!
You are really good at drawing these sorts of things - I'm jealous!
It looks so realistic even though it's only a sketch!
Very nice job! c:

This looks great! I love doodles like that. You're really good at making pictures of nature sort of busy with life. Too many people say "oh, drawing grass is boring, where's my grass brush" but that's the thing - if you're doing it right it's not boring.

Ah thank you, very glad to hear that! ^^ I need to do some more studies of it because it really is interesting stuff! It can be pretty calming to work on too, I find.

I like the attention to detail here, especially the outlines of the boughs of the branches on the pine trees. I'm too impatient when it comes to landscapes!

Thank you! Being impatient with landscapes is easy I think, haha. There's just so many details to deal with. xD I'm trying to get better about that : D

Ooh this looks real nice. Really love the gestural way you drew the trees' leaves and that lovely linework <3

The variations in darkness of the lines from them really makes for a nice effect I think~

Actually, I draw on kitchen paper, because I like the way it absorbs the ink.

Huh neat. Like paper towel-type paper or something else?

Yeah, paper towels.
I tried toilet paper, but it dissolves, when it gets wet.

I'm surprised they don't have too much bleed to work with  :u But of course now I can't find my pen to try it myself, haha.
