While listening to "time"... I think of this as that darkest moment, death is certain, the most hopeless, depressing moment...
But he doesn't give up... Even if the most he can do is struggle to breathe, just one last hopeless attempt at survival...
One, last failing attempt. But he keeps trying, ever hoping, believing that against all odds he can somehow survive, and come out on top, despite obvious proof of the inevitable failure and death...
Then somehow, in some way, something unseen happens, everything turns around, the darkness is vanquished, and he wins.
Great inspiration for coming up with pretty much any story
