I was going around in kitakami and decided to fight this npc. I know that on the dlc the Pokémon are very strong with all of them being Atleast level 50 or above. I also know that when your Pokémon is evolving you can press b to cancel the evolution. But with this not being wild Pokémon, they should be evolved! Something’s not right here ;-;
