Detective Phillip "Trip" Lowe and his investigation partner, Edgar Kolle, are in the palm of the hands of a ravage and unrelenting serial killer. The case starts to spiral when time and overwork finally catches up with the head detective, and attention is shifted to a local diamond heist...
