A reimagining of Tempest Shadow from the MLP Movie and the Storm Kings soldiers. A character who started off a cool villain, then fell to the Starlight Glimmer syndrome of weak redemption stories DHX has become fond of over the years, when they had a better story laid out for her with the line "all this power, wasted on parties, when there are far greater uses". Inspiration taken from the Horde from World of Warcraft for the armour and creature designs.
