anime?after being exposed to this kind of art over and over again, I started wondering- what if?
so I grabbed a pencil and all the massive exposure in my head drove my hand- I'm not really fond of this style of drawing, but I've learned somehow to appreciate it, and I must admit I had fun doing it, a good experiment at the end of the day- probably won't repeat it though.
well.. I dedicate this to all of the people that are into this, since it is a result of your influence on my work

de hehco me gustaria que los artistas de anime o como prefieras llamarlo ,fueran influenciados por otros estilos , por que , que atractivo puede tener el mismo estilo generico de anime una y otra y otra vez , si , de por si , en ese estilo los personajes no tienen muchas diferencias por los rasgos super estilizados , le puedes cambiar la forma de los ojos (que casi no se nota por lo mismo de que tienen mas o menos la misma base) y el pelo ,pero la forma de la cara y el cuerpo siguen siendo bastante parecidos ,despues me vengo enterando q

me vengo enterando que los discriminana a la gnet que intenta combinar al manga con el estilo de comic americano o cartoon (amerimanga) diciendo que es una copia barata y demas , yo me podria considerar un fan del manga y el anime , pero me gusta que los mangas que leo o los animes que veo tengan un estilo al menos un pococ diferente ( bleach que es un poco mas toon y death note que es mas realista ) , pero por ejemplo los dibjantes de manga que conosco casi todos intentar emular ell mismo estilo generico por que piensan que a la gente no le va a gustar el estilo "ameri-manga".

venga, pues la verdad se muy poco de estilos de anime o manga, y menos podria diferenciar uno d otro, y en parte porque, como dices, las variaciones son minimas- y bueno la verdad esto lo hice solo por no dejar de hacerlo.. pero como dije por ahi arriba no lo volveria a hacer, aunque si espero como tu q en el futuro vea que todo esto evoluciono en una direccion diferente a la que ha llevado

I must admit that I'm not at all in all this anime and manga stuff. More comics. (But sometimes you can't even tell which is which.)
It's true, it's a bit very very realistic for an anime piece, but I think this is what makes it beautiful. And I agree with one of the comments above me, that you're drawing it better than some people who have been drawing anime for years..

I'm not into this anime-manga stuff either, but I try to get the best out of every style, this one in particular is maybe a bit overrated in my opinion, but I won't deny that it does have a certain something to it and that I enjoy a good anime drawing once in a while, plus the animated ones are just mind blowing visually.. still it was a one time thing, now back to the never ending search of originality

The hair looks like really high quality awesome anime hair.

The ultimate question, what the heck is anime?
Actually, I would consider this more manga anyway. I put manga in the category between anime and realistic anatomy drawing. Whenever I try to draw a human, which I can't do to save my life, and I get stuck I tend to crap-out and go 'manga' there. I think this is really well done. Her eyes are anime-ish but they're pretty.

it happens... when you're used to a single style, then when you try something different it looks a lot like the regular stuff you do- I tried something different here and turned out more realistic than it should.. but well... its always good to experiment with different styles, I try it a lot so after some different influences I can shape up my own style-- thx anyway!

lol I've stopped trying to even classify "anime" it confuses me to heck, considereing the wide range and other stuff.
but that looks really fun ^^ I wish I could try it.
